As a Preschool Teacher , you'll work across classrooms and age groups, partnering with Curriculum Specialists to support children's learning, well-being, and daily routines. Key Responsibilities Developing the Whole Child Curriculum and Pedagogy Collaborate with Curriculum Specialists to develop and implement curriculum that supports the whole child. Develop and maintain relationships with families through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences. Support children's learning by providing individualized instruction, adapting lessons to meet diverse needs, and using technology to enhance teaching and learning. Implement daily routines and schedules that promote a sense of community and respect for all students. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that respects the diversity of our school community. Support colleagues in their professional growth by sharing best practices, providing feedback, and participating in peer coaching. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. 2+ years of experience teaching preschool-age children. Strong understanding of child development theories and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
