Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program modifications and adaptations to meet the diverse needs of preschool-age children. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and program success. Monitor and assess program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to inform program improvements and enhancements. Provide exceptional customer service to parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the unique needs and abilities of preschool-age children, staying current with best practices and research in early childhood education and physical development. Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve program goals.
