Job Responsibilities: Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies. Work closely with agencies to meet requirements. Mentor the teachers to facilitate their professional development and ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality education to our young learners. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes social-emotional learning, creativity, and critical thinking. Collaborate with the management team to achieve the preschool’s strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Develop and maintain relationships with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool principal or senior teacher. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field is an advantage.
