Activities
As a Software Solutions Presale Specialist, the candidate will be primarily responsible for the following activities:
- Is responsible for all elements within their scope for managing a technical-commercial proposal.
- Analyzes the technical and functional requirements underlying the design of the Customer's service delivery model.
- Studies the various Framework Agreements/CONSIP Agreements underlying the reference contract for the delivery of development/maintenance activities, in order to guide the software requirements consolidation process in accordance with administrative and design aspects.
- Possesses sufficient experience to manage the software design of low and medium complexity solutions, in coordination with all company functions, with different involved disciplines (multidisciplinary offers), in contexts related to cloud/system integration as well as software development.
- Ensures the completeness, quality, and compliance of the offer in line with Customer requests and company policies.
- Oversees the production and integration of the various documents constituting the reference Enterprise Business Model, as well as – where required – the economics to be submitted to the Customer.
Requirements
- Degree in STEM and/or Economic disciplines (or equivalent experience of at least 5 years).
- Excellent knowledge of software modeling standards and tools (BPM, UML, etc.).
- Previous work experience in companies operating in the ICT sector, with particular reference to software development and maintenance.
- Previous experience in similar roles of at least 2/5 years in structured companies.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Experience in Local/Healthcare and/or Central Public Administration is preferred.
- ICT professional certification (Project Management, ITIL, Cloud, DevOps) is a plus.
- Personal characteristics such as excellent relational skills, analytical approach, problem-solving ability, results orientation, teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility complete the profile.
