Presales Solutions Engineer/Manager

Job description We are looking for a suitable candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the Telecom industry. As a Senior Solutions Expert you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your job will also include understanding the customer’s needs and pitching the company s products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for the purpose of developing and presenting tailored solutions to customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing or product development with a focus on Telecom industry. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them. You will also be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
