As Presales & Solutions Consultant, you analyze the requirements of potential customers and develop convincing technical solution concepts that clearly highlight the added value of our weasl. In close cooperation with Sales and IT, you present complex products in a comprehensible way and accompany the entire Pre-Sales process strategically. You also support during tenders, Proof-of-Concepts, and function as a trusted point of contact for our customers on their way to an optimal solution.

Aufgaben

• Support of Sales teams in all technical and professional phases of the sales process.
• Participation in Discovery Calls and Workshops to analyze customer requirements.
• Translation of customer pain points into use cases, solutions, and added value arguments.
• Creation of ROI considerations and technical argumentation lines.
• Conducting live demos including individual scenarios for production, assembly & quality control.
• Creation of demo environments and customer-specific examples (workflows, work instructions, inspections).
• Presentation of the core functions of weasl (digital work instructions, quality processes, material handling, data management).
• Presentation of integration possibilities (ERP/MES/CAQ/tools).
• Development of technical solution concepts including system architecture & integration paths.
• Definition of PoCs/pilots including goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Validation of interface requirements and data models.
• Creation of high-level designs (HLD) for integration & process representation.
• Creation of feedback loops to improve the demo environment

Qualifikation

• Study of Computer Science/Business Informatics (Bachelor/Master)
• Experience in Presales, Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• In-depth understanding of production processes, assembly, quality control.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, interfaces, data structures.
• Experience with ERP/MES/CAQ systems or production IT is advantageous.
• Comfortable with demos, workshops, and presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate with both shop floor and C-level personnel.
• Empathetic, analytical, and structured.
• Travel readiness (DACH).
• Very good German and English language skills (at least C1)
