Overview Provide expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving servers, storage, backup and cloud solution. Early engagement with customers in selling situations to ensure that our solutions meet their needs. Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer pain points. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Participate in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in server, storage, backup and cloud solutioning. Strong understanding of server, storage, backup and cloud technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with sales teams to develop tailored solutions. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
