Presales Executive

Currently, Property First is looking for a Presales Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their real estate needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and client interactions. • Building relationships with potential clients and understanding their real estate needs. • Providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs, including property recommendations and market insights. • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into deals. • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market research. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. • Participating in regular meetings with the management team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or consulting. A postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CCIM, CPM) would be an added advantage.
