Presales Engineer

Smart ID is looking for an energetic Pre-Sales Engineer with strong hands-on skills and a technology background. Our new colleague will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with customers’ business requirements and objectives.

What you get to do:

• Support our Sales team in winning new sales as a technical and strategic resource throughout all aspects of the sales process through technical presentations and technical calls;
• Set-up and lead solution demonstrations for customers and sales colleagues;
• Participate in sales meetings as a technical and product expert, while contributing to technical objections/suggestions from clients;
• Meet with customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues; create a detailed Solutions Overview based on customer needs;
• Prepare technical offer and participate in site in implementation as technical project manager
• Help to eliminate sales obstacles through innovative and adaptive approaches;
• Maintain technical knowledge for supporting product applications by participating in external and in-house training activities;

Your background includes:

• University Degree in Engineering or Automation;
• Professional experience: middle level;
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to an audience from C-Level to End User, clearly articulate the value Profile products will bring to an organization, gain trusted advisor respect, and help influence, make well executed systems presentations and clearly articulate the product’s value;
• Previous experience in industry specific tools and applications is a plus;
• Ability to forge and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships;
• Knowledge of the latest technology trends;
• Skills required: disciplined, process minded, good presentation and communication skills;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Driving license (B);
