Presales Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Presales Engineer and become a key player in supporting and pre-selling Google Workspace solutions to both potential and existing clients. You will have the opportunity to:

• Engage in presentations and webinars to showcase our offerings.
• Assist clients in adopting and configuring AI-powered features like Gemini for Google Workspace, enhancing productivity in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Meet while ensuring data privacy and security.
• Provide guidance on the responsible and secure use of AI tools within organizational settings.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, onboarding, and escalation to deliver seamless solutions.
• Document solutions, processes, and customer cases for future reference.
• Continuously enhance your skills through self-education and certifications in Google Cloud Solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace Admin Console fundamentals.
• Experience in administering and configuring Google Workspace environments.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and more.
• Experience with data migrations and DNS record configurations.
• Support identity and access management with SSO, SAML, and SCIM provisioning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a support engineer.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Understanding of public cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
