At TD SYNNEX Mexico, we are looking for a Presales Engineer (HPE) to support the growth of our infrastructure and Data Center business. You will be responsible for providing specialized technical advice in presales processes, designing value-based solutions using HPE technologies, and supporting clients, channels, and commercial teams in identifying and developing business opportunities.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in servers, storage, hyperconvergence, and enterprise infrastructure solutions who enjoy combining technical knowledge, consulting, and commercial relationship building.

You will be responsible for providing specialized technical advice in presales processes, designing value-based solutions using HPE technologies, and supporting clients, channels, and commercial teams in identifying and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical reference in presales processes for HPE solutions and Data Center technologies.
- Design and dimension infrastructure solutions based on HPE technologies.
- Provide specialized technical advice on server, storage, hyperconvergence, backup, replication, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Develop proposals and architectures aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial teams, partners, and manufacturers to drive business opportunities.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions for different audiences.
- Stay updated on trends, certifications, and solutions within the HPE ecosystem.
- Support the definition and execution of technical strategies for business unit growth.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in presales roles, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or IT infrastructure implementation.
- Experience working with clients, channels, or technology partners is preferred.
- Experience in Data Center, server, storage, and hyperconvergence technologies.
- Knowledge of backup solutions, data recovery, hybrid cloud, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Desirable to have certifications or experience in HPE solutions.
- Customer orientation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative work and technical influence.
- Continuous learning and consultative approach.
