Presales Engineer

DUMO is looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad,India. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable AV and Lighting solutions. Design AV & Lighting systems for meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, auditoriums, and other spaces. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients' organizations. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in AV and Lighting, and apply this knowledge to drive innovative solutions for our clients. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to customers. Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders as needed. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications. Participate in sales meetings and provide technical input to help close deals. Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other means. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
