e-Work Spa, Employment Agency, Reggio Emilia Office, SELECTS for a historic reference in the Italian cured meat sector, a: Preposto Reparto Confezionamento Stagionati We are looking for an experienced Preposto Reparto Confezionamento Stagionati to join our production team who can coordinate daily activities of the department, guide the operational team and ensure compliance with quality and sanitary standards in the processing of our cured meats. Main responsibilities: - Management and operative coordination of the salumi stagionati department (raw prosciutti, cups, etc.); - Organization of shifts and assignment of tasks to personnel; - Supervision of correct processing (vacuum packaging, atm, labeling, etc.); - Verification of conformity of processed products with company standards and regulations (HACCP, BRC, IFS); - Monitoring of efficiency of lines and processing equipment; - Collaboration with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments; - Compilation of production reports and traceability. Requirements: - Previous experience in similar roles in the food sector (preferably cured meats); - Knowledge of food processing techniques and sanitary regulations (HACCP); - Good knowledge of Italian language; - Leadership, organization, and operational problem-solving skills; - Good relational skills and teamwork attitude; - Availability to work on shifts; - Preferable possession of technical diploma (agrarian, alimentary, industrial or related). Also evaluating profiles with first experience in the sector, provided they are motivated, responsible, and have a good predisposition to teamwork. SCHEDULE: full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour daily shifts between 6:30 am and 4:00 pm. CCNL ALIMENTARI PMI, job classification commensurate with previous experience.
