We are looking for a Preposto professional to expand our team!

Model: 100% On-site - Manaus/AM.

Professional designated to represent the contracted company before the client in Information Technology projects. Acts as an official liaison between the parties, ensuring correct contractual execution, strategic alignment, and fluid communication.

Main responsibilities:

Represent the company formally to the client, auditors, and regulatory bodies, according to contractual requirements;

FOLLOW UP ON PROJECT EXECUTION, ENSURING DEADLINES, QUALITY, AND COMPLIANCE WITH SLA;

Coordinate internal teams and suppliers, maintaining alignment with customer objectives;

Conduct status meetings, executive reports, and negotiations on any non-conformities;

SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, SCOPE CHANGES, AND RENEWALS WHEN NECESSARY;

Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a professional, transparent, and productive relationship.

Prerequisites :

1. General Knowledge in IT

   • Familiarity with infrastructure, systems, development, or support.

   • Basic understanding of the company's solutions/products to represent them clearly.

2. Academic Formation

   • Completed or ongoing higher education in IT, Administration, Engineering, Law, or related fields (depending on the company).

   • In some cases, it's not necessary to be from a technical area, but it helps.

3. Communication and Representation

   • Good formal speaking and writing skills.

   • Able to defend the company's position clearly, objectively, and professionally.

4. Knowledge in Governance and Processes

   • Familiarity with project management methodologies (agile, ITIL, COBIT, PMI, etc.).

   • Understanding of IT contracts and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

5. Professional Profile

   • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
