Maintenance Assistant

Your Skills and Competencies Allow You:

• To ensure the proper functioning of the building and its equipment;
  

• To receive requests or complaints; to follow up and perform corrections regarding different works and demands such as power outage, water leak, etc.
  

• To perform minor cleaning, installation, maintenance, or repair work that does not require a qualification card, such as installing accessories and appliances, adjusting doors, repairing furniture, preparing rooms to be painted, cleaning equipment, laying flooring, etc.
  

• To control the inventory of materials and tools required for maintenance and repairs;
  

• To perform various preventive maintenance tasks such as checking roofs; identify and plan the nature and timing of certain long-term work and ensure follow-up with management;
  

• To accomplish all other connected tasks;
  

You Possess the Following Formations and Skills:

• Pertinent experience in the field;
  

• Good physical condition and endurance;
  

• Good manual dexterity for performing various tasks;

Your Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, flexible hours;
  

• A weekend shift every two weeks with a $100 bonus;
