Schedule : Be available for 12-hour shifts (DAY/NIGHT)

Hourly rate : $27/hour

Services SFT is seeking a Préposé Aux Bénéficiaires (PAB) to provide home assistance services in rehaussement in the Estrie region.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting residents with their daily activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility;
• Maintaining surveillance of residents' health status and reporting any anomalies;
• Participating in leisure and animation activities;
• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to establish a tailored care plan;
• Maintaining precise and up-to-date records on the care provided to residents.

Requirements :

• Hold a DEP in Assistance to Person in Institution and at Home : government diploma or RAC (Recognition of Acquired Diplomas for Private Diplomas)
• RCR (Cardio-Respiratory Reanimation) / First Aid up-to-date.
• PDSB (Principles for the Safe Transportation of Beneficiaries)
• First experience as a PAB
• Hold a valid vehicle and driver's license
