As In-Room Dining Minibar Assistant, you will play a key role within the In Room Dining department, ensuring that each room is perfectly stocked to offer our guests a privileged moment of relaxation.

Summary of responsibilities :

Reporting to the In Room Dining Supervisor, the essential duties and functions of the position include, without limitation :

• Propose a professional, pleasant, and attentive service at all times
• Familiarize yourself with the department's concept (In Room Dining, amenities, mini-bar, and Pureaty Café)
• Participate in Minibar operations: control the cleanliness of each room's minibar, ensure that no client-owned products are left behind, check expiration dates of perishable products, replenish missing products, and bill consumed products using the telephone system
• Participate in VIP operations: know different amenity categories, codes, and setup procedures; distribute amenities to rooms while ensuring correct placement
• Provide discreet and efficient Minibar and VIP service, prioritizing respect for clients' privacy and rest
• Be responsible for the proper execution of setups and preparation of your sector in collaboration with your superior
• Maintain room cleanliness and tidiness daily, including minibar carts and offices
• Serve orders to guests in their rooms while maintaining discretion and offering perfect service
• Be responsible for client satisfaction and well-being
• Ensure clients have everything they need
• Participate in the smooth operation of the service, informing the server of any received information
• Participate in cleaning tasks assigned to you in an efficient manner
• Learn LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) technical and emotional standards and apply them
• Refine your technical and theoretical knowledge to ensure perfect service for a demanding clientele
• Perform evening floor cleanup
• Communicate any issues to your superior
• Inform clients as needed, find the necessary information for clients
• Show flexibility and cooperation in all circumstances, especially when working in another department on an occasional basis
• Participate in a performance evaluation interview with your superior once a year
• Commit to the quality of your service, discretion, and perfect honesty
• Maintain a professional attitude, be smiling and always keep calm
• Respect ergonomic work standards for health & safety, hygiene, and sanitation prescriptions
