Cosun Beet Company is looking for a Preparation Specialist WTB at the sugar factory in Dinteloord. Whether you have experience as a preparation specialist, mechanic with strong planning skills, supply chain professional or coordinator with technical affinity - if you have the skills to prepare, plan and coordinate complex projects and maintenance work, then this is the job for you!

What will you do as Preparation Specialist?

As a Preparation Specialist, you are the one who ensures that complex maintenance projects and maintenance work are not only well-prepared but also stay within budget and planning. You are the hub between different disciplines, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You combine your technical knowledge with strong organizational skills to ensure that each project is successfully executed.

Your core activities:

• Planning & Budget Management: Cost calculations, progress monitoring, and budget control of maintenance projects
• Techincal Preparation: Developing efficient work methods and solutions for process equipment
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Intensive collaboration with project leaders and team leaders
• Supplier Management: Independent technical consultation with specialized suppliers for accurate quotes
• Purchase & Procurement: Preparing technical orders together with the team leader and procurement department
• HSE Documentation: Professionally preparing work permits according to process industry standards
• Reporting: Collecting project data and signaling budget deviations
• Strategic Input: Processing proposals in maintenance plans and strategies
