Injection Machine Preparer
Job description
Prepares injection machine, promoting adjustments and regulations during the process. Assists in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, cleaning and conservation of machines and equipment, avoiding mechanical problems that cause downtime. Prepares and regulates machines, Presents improvement in injection processes, Mold changes, maintenance, assembly and disassembly of molds, Repairs on injection machines, mechanical and hydraulic, Accompanies and guides the team in operating the injection machine, Monitors compliance with established programming goals, controls parameters and regulations of machines, and identifies possible adjustments to molds. Develops process improvements for plastic manufacturing production.
