Premium and Luxury Store Evaluator - Queretaro, Mexico

CXG is a leading company in evaluations for luxury and premium brands. We are looking for Evaluators in LIMA.

Your comments will provide valuable information to the brands about the level of customer service in their boutiques. You will test and evaluate the external appearance, business organization, and cleanliness, employee behavior, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Always interesting and exciting.

If you have ever wanted to give your opinion on the customer service provided in luxury stores, keep reading.

As an Evaluator, your role would be to visit assigned stores and pretend to be looking for a specific article. You will only let the sales associate help you and present some models.

You won't have to buy anything and leave the store.

In the 24 hours following, you will fill out an online questionnaire where you will provide your impressions about the store environment and customer service.

This evaluation is a mission-based job. You can make your visits at any time as long as you respect our deadline. You will receive a compensation fee for your survey.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older.
• A existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
• You should not be employed by any retail brand, to maintain integrity.
• Punctual, organized, detailed, reliable.
• Observed, passionate about the customer experience.
• No prior experience is required, we are looking for honest customer comments.
