PreMaster Program in Lean Management in Semiconductor Manufacturing (w/m/div.)
Job description
- You will take responsibility for the further development of the Bosch Production System (BPS) in the semiconductor frontend and support the implementation of the BPS system approach in the production environment.
- You shape the future by consolidating business requirements, monitoring relevant key figures, creating a transparent picture of the current state, and deriving targeted improvement potential in material and information flow from it.
- In addition, you analyze existing standards, optimize them, and introduce new standards and methods in the production environment.
- You drive the comprehensive development of BPS in the areas of Source, Make, Deliver, Digitalization, and Automation forward.
- Furthermore, you live cooperation by actively coaching Lean Management methods and serving as a contact person for Production, Engineering, and Support departments.
