PreMaster Programm - Gap Year - Materialfeld Einkauf

Our PreMaster Programme is a two-stage qualification programme for motivated Bachelor graduates who aim to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience, allowing you to get familiar with the technical and entrepreneurial aspects. The second phase includes independent Master's studies at a university of your choice. During this time, there will be additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring by a mentor on your way to graduation. You also have the opportunity to work as a student employee in the company during your studies.

As a participant in our PreMaster Programme, you are a member of our Department Materialfeld Einkauf.

• As a PreMaster, you actively support our team and receive comprehensive insights into all procurement process steps.
• You will be responsible for planning and implementing the procurement strategy in your material field.
• Your tasks include global supplier management, strategic supplier meetings, price negotiations, contract management, handling escalations, leading supplier development programmes, and driving continuous improvements. You will also identify and develop ratio projects and steer and conduct supplier evaluations.
