Job Description

In this exciting position, you will take on the role of Junior Product Manager for defined product series. You will be involved in the management of our holistic product lifecycle from the very beginning and will gradually take on responsibility for your own portfolio.

Your Tasks in Detail:

• Product & Portfolio Responsibility: You will actively drive the success of your product lines, act as a competent point of contact for your portfolio, and support sales with technical inquiries.
  
• Independent (Partial) Project Management: You will gradually take on independent management of smaller projects (e.g., coordination of product changes, country-specific product launches, or creation of new demo kits for sales) and ensure their success regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.
  
• User-Centric Innovation: By analyzing customer feedback and identifying user needs (User Experience / UX), you will formulate innovative product and solution concepts.
  
• Market & Competition Monitoring: You will gain a deep understanding of our global target markets, target groups, and competitors in order to derive strategic recommendations for action.
  
• KPI Analyses & Reporting: You will prepare well-founded market and potential analyses, evaluate relevant KPIs, and present your results independently in the appropriate expert committees.
  
• Data Management: You will ensure the high quality and maintenance of product-relevant master data in our systems in order to provide optimal sales documents to the communications department and sales.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with the concrete intention of pursuing a Master's degree thereafter
• Qualification: Analytical thinking skills, professional experience in a similar position in product management or marketing is desirable
• Know-How: Very good MS Office skills and a high affinity for digital trends and new technologies. Initial experience or a strong interest in the practical use of Generative AI tools is a clear plus.
  
• Work Style: Structured, responsible, independent
• Personality: Team player, communicative, motivated, willing to learn, reliable
• Language: Very good German and English skills, any other language is an advantage

Description of PreMaster Program

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed Bachelor graduates who want to gain practical experience before starting a Master's degree. In the PreMaster Program, you will gain one year of practical experience after your Bachelor's degree to learn about technical and business contexts. In the second phase, you will continue to work part-time alongside your Master's studies. This will deepen your knowledge and optimally prepare you for starting your career after graduation.

For this specific position, the start date is planned for September or October 2026 with a 100% workload. From autumn 2027 (or with the start of your Master's studies), the workload will be reduced.
