Laboratory Manager Collector h/f

For a national network of biology laboratories, we are recruiting:

2 Laboratory Manager Collectors - (H/F)

Deuil-la-Barre (95)

Permanent contract, full-time (35h/week)

At the heart of operational management, you will be a true link between management and technical teams on our sites.

Your missions:

• Team management, a role of animation in conjunction with HR teams and the biologist, while ensuring compliance with procedures and establishing scheduling management rules.

• Operational management: you will ensure the proper care of patients, the maintenance of the laboratory(ies), and the adequacy between the site's needs and available resources.

• Proper application of the Quality Management System: you will oversee quality, orders, and metrology.

• Development of relationships with healthcare professionals. You will be one of the key contacts with healthcare facilities, prescribers, and other health professionals.

• You will proactively participate in the site's activity, particularly in carrying out sample collections.

• State diploma as a Nurse or Laboratory Technician with a blood collection certificate.

• Valid AFGSU 2 (First Aid Training for Healthcare Staff Level 2).

• Experience (or aptitude) in management is required for this position.

• You know and can apply quality, hygiene, and safety regulations in a laboratory.

You are recognized for your reactivity and your ability to organize, plan work, and manage priorities. You know how to work and collaborate in a team.

Driver's license B is mandatory. Departmental travel.
