Precision Mechanic/ess EFZ (m/w/d) 100%

Adecco is seeking a motivated Precision Mechanic/ess EFZ (m/w/d) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with high precision and technical knowledge on the production of complex components. Responsibilities include:

• Fabrication of high-precision individual parts and assemblies according to drawings and technical specifications
• Operating and programming CNC machines, milling machines, and lathe machines
• Conducting measurement and testing tasks to ensure the quality of the produced parts
• Assembling and adjusting mechanical assemblies and machines
• Repairing and maintaining machines and production facilities
• Collaborating with engineers and developers to optimize manufacturing processes
• Documented work steps and results

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Precision Mechanic/ess EFZ or equivalent qualification in the field of precision mechanics or mechanical engineering
• Experience working with CNC machines and processing metals and plastics
• Excellent knowledge of precise work and application of measurement tools
• Techical understanding and developed manual skills
• Self-motivated, structured, and meticulous work style
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
