Pre-Sales Support Engineer - Physical Security

A global provider of intelligent smart ID solutions is looking for a pre-sales support engineer to join their team and be based in and around Birmingham. The role will include travel to partner sites as well as client meetings to discuss the integrated proposal. The candidate MUST have a background in Physical Security & excellent written & spoken English. A Pre-Sales Support Engineer provides technical expertise to the sales team, external partners and potential customers during the sales process. This will involve providing product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and identifying potential solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the physical security industry and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. The role will also involve working closely with the sales team to develop and deliver sales strategies, and providing input on product development and marketing initiatives. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with frequent travel.
