- As our Pre-Sales Specialist, you are the first point of contact for potential customers. You qualify leads through targeted questions and analyze their needs.
- In initial conversations, you spark interest and anticipation for our products and services.
- The initial customer contact occurs either by phone or via email. Your communication skills enable a successful pre-qualification and need assessment.
- With your expertise, you design sales presentations, adjust key data, and upload planning photos. This supports our colleagues in online sales, ensuring they are optimally prepared for their appointments.
- You not only prepare the online sales colleagues but also ensure that relevant information and sales materials are compiled optimally beforehand.
