Pre Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic, clients-focused, and result-oriented Presales Executives who can engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and generate qualified appointments for our Design and Sales teams. The Presales Executive serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, understanding clients requirements, scheduling meetings.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients while achieving lead conversion and appointment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through outbound calls based on leads generated via digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and active listening.

Qualify leads based on project type, location, budget, ownership status, and project timeline.

Maintain a consistent follow-up process to nurture leads until they are converted into appointments.

Explain Homzinterio's interior design services, products, and offerings clearly and confidently.

Build trust and maintain a positive clients experience throughout the interaction.

Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams to schedule clients meetings, virtual consultations, or site visits.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

Preferred candidates with 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, business development or sales coordination.
