Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, fast-learning Pre-Sales Engineer based in the São Paulo area to serve as a key technical bridge between our Latin America sales team, regional clients, and HQ mechanical design engineers in China.

In this role, you will lead client technical communications, develop CAD solution layouts, and participate in hands-on site visits across Latin America to help drive business expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & CAD Layouts: Collaborate closely with China-based mechanical engineers and local sales teams to translate client requirements into technical proposals and accurate 2D/3D CAD layouts.
• Client Engagement: Join technical discussions, client meetings, and proposal presentations across Latin America to address technical inquiries and clarify scope.
• On-Site Alignment & Training: Travel to project sites (in Brazil and other LatAm countries) for site surveys, dimensional verification, and hands-on training on Wayzim equipment.
• Continuous Learning: Actively master Wayzim’s equipment specifications, mechanical structures, and automation workflows to independently drive regional pre-sales technical support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• Work Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in pre-sales technical support, mechanical design, or project engineering (promising junior candidates are welcome).
• Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Language Skills:
• English: Fluent (written & spoken, required for daily communication with headquarters).
• Spanish: Conversational to fluent (strong advantage for regional project coverage).
• Portuguese: Native or fluent.
• Location & Mobility: Based in or near São Paulo, Brazil. Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally across Latin America for site visits and equipment training.
• Key Traits: High self-motivation, strong independent learning capability, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
