Pre-primary School Coordinator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a pre-primary school coordinator. The role involves overseeing daily classroom operations, implementing the curriculum, supporting teachers in lesson planning, and ensuring adherence to educational standards. Responsibilities include fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment, conducting teacher training sessions, and collaborating with parents to meet the developmental needs of students. The coordinator is also responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
