PR&Communication Manager

We are currently looking for a candidate who will help us tell this exciting story on the Polish market. We are seeking a visionary and strategist PR, who will build our brand from scratch, not just manage it.

As the PR & Communication Manager at Base.com, you will be at the center of our strategic actions on the Polish market. This role is for a practitioner who can turn vision into concrete, measurable results. Your tasks will include:

• Building a PR strategy from scratch: you will create and implement a comprehensive, innovative communication strategy that will strengthen our position as a leader in innovation in the SaaS industry on the Polish market. You will set the course!
• Mastery storytelling: you will be the main storyteller for Base.com, creating engaging narratives about our success, innovations, and values.
• Creating relationships with the media: you will build and maintain a network of key contacts with journalists, analysts, and influencers in Poland, ensuring our constant presence in the media.
• Engaging our leaders in the narrative: you will work closely with the Management and key leaders at Base.com, preparing them for public appearances, interviews, and panel discussions, so they can become ambassadors of our success story.
• Communication that inspires: you will ensure that our dynamically growing team in Poland is always united, informed, and motivated by common goals.
• Content that speaks: you will oversee the creation of engaging, valuable content (articles, reports, case studies, press releases), which presents our innovations, vision, and successes on the Polish market.
