Tasks

Controlling:

• Processing of reminders and invoice inquiries
• Participation in project controlling
• Support with cost analyses

Accounting:

• Checking and entering incoming and outgoing invoices
• Support with accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Processing of reminders and invoice inquiries

General Commercial Tasks:

• Creation of statistics and reports
• Maintenance of master data
• Participation in optimization projects for business processes

Qualifications

• Ongoing Business Administration degree program with a focus on Controlling and Accounting
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting and cost accounting
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• High affinity for numbers and meticulous work
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Team player as well as independent working style
• Sense of responsibility
• Attention to detail
• Motivation and commitment
