Tasks

Controlling:

• Processing of reminders and invoice requests
• Participation in project controlling
• Support with cost analyses

Accounting:

• Verification and recording of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Support with creditor and debtor accounting
• Processing of reminders and invoice requests

General commercial tasks:

• Creation of statistics and evaluations
• Maintenance of master data
• Participation in optimization projects for business processes

Qualification

• Ongoing BWL studies with a focus on controlling and accounting
• Fundamental knowledge of financial accounting and cost accounting
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• High numerical affinity and meticulous work
• Analytical and structured working method
• Teamwork ability as well as independent working style
• Sense of responsibility
• Detailed accuracy
• Motivation and engagement
