The Medical Skin Center of Dr. David Bacman is a practice for dermatology and aesthetic medicine in Cologne-Lindenthal. The facility includes an integrated MEDISPA and its own online shop for medical skincare. Our claim is the same in all areas: medical skin health and aesthetics at the highest level — supported by a team that works with care, precision, and genuine joy in quality.

For the management of the organization, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility and creates reliability. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of our entire facility — practice, MEDISPA, and online shop — and will support Dr. Bacman in strategic and operational leadership. You will work within clear structures, established standards, and defined processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Steering the daily operations of the practice, MEDISPA, and online shop, implementation of process optimizations and quality standards, responsibility for the entire patient experience on-site — from the initial contact to aftercare

• Personnel Management & HR: independent organization of the recruiting process, onboarding and offboarding, maintenance of the HR system Factorial, first point of contact for the team in daily business

• Accounting & Controlling: preparatory accounting via DATEV Online, close coordination with the tax office, control of incoming invoices, payment runs, and budget specifications, participation in planning, analyses, and reports

• Inventory & Product Management: monitoring of stocks from medical consumables to retail items, planning of the annual inventory, coordination of suppliers, fulfillment, and cooperation partners

• IT, Systems & Quality Assurance: smooth operation of point-of-sale systems, CRM, online shop, as well as HR and AI-supported tools, coordination of IT service providers, organization of maintenance for medical devices, further development of quality management

• Marketing, Communication & Customer Loyalty: planning and coordination of measures together with Dr. Bacman, interface to external service providers for social media, digital marketing, graphics, and PR, strengthening patient retention, loyalty, and repeat visit rate

• Strategic & Economic Planning: participation in annual planning and key figures, analysis and optimization of business processes, strategic further development of the practice and brand together with Dr. Bacman

Your Profile

• completed vocational training or degree — for example, in practice or healthcare management, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• several years of experience in practice, site, or operational management, ideally in healthcare, aesthetic medicine, or in a high-end service environment

• leadership experience and the ability to coordinate a team with appreciation and commitment

• business acumen and confident handling of numbers, budgets, and key figures

• high affinity for digital systems — from HR software and CRM to AI-supported tools

• organizational talent, a proactive and reliable way of working, and top-level service orientation

• willingness to lead within established structures and standards — you will introduce improvements in a structured manner

• appreciative, clear communication and absolute discretion in handling sensitive information

Framework Conditions

• remuneration: €4,200 – €5,400 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience
