Aufgaben

Much responsibility – but always with a safety net. You'll be taking:

• Organisation & Practice Management
  You keep the practice running smoothly – structured, forward-thinking, and with an eye for detail.
• Scheduling
  You plan and coordinate our appointments so that the day remains calm, clear, and efficient for everyone.
• Assistant to the Practice Manager (Dr. Strijbos-Rütten)
  You work closely with Sara, bringing new perspectives and developing internal processes further.
• Process Optimization & Patient Journey
  You recognize potential for improvement and ensure a smooth, value-adding patient journey.
• Personnel Management
  Contacting applicants, interviews, service and holiday planning – you create transparency, structure, and fairness.
• Communication & Social Media (Instagram)
  You shape our external appearance – authentic, friendly, and professional.
• Controlling & Administration
  You keep track of numbers, documents, contracts, and important deadlines – reliable and orderly.
• IT Competence
  Digital tools and the Office package are familiar to you – and you're happy to get into new systems.

Qualification
