Practical Trainer Nursing (PAP) Acute Neurorehabilitation

As a practical trainer, you will play a central role in supporting and mentoring trainees and students, as well as in the further development of nursing practice.

• Conveying professional competencies and ensuring the accompaniment of learning processes for a group of trainees
• Joint care of a patient group together with the trainees in the learning team
• Planning and organization of training in collaboration with the nursing education manager
• Participation in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
• Shifts primarily in day and late shifts
