• Planning and support of the onboarding of our new employees
• Involvement in the residential area
• Overall responsibility for practical training
• Ensuring the transfer of skills for trainees to achieve training goals, maintaining contact with the nursing school and external cooperation partners
• Ensuring and further developing quality management
• Conducting employee training on nursing-related topics

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in geriatric or general and psychiatric nursing
• Further training as a clinical instructor
• Willingness to implement a holistic and resident-oriented care concept
• Empathy and social skills as well as strong organizational talent
• Competent demeanor in dealing with residents, employees, and relatives
• General PC skills (MS Office, specialized application programs)
