Lawyer – Real Estate, Investment and Construction Projects, and Environmental Protection Department

Your responsibilities

• cooperation in the ongoing legal service of the law firm's clients in the areas of real estate law, investment and construction projects and their financing, and environmental protection;
• cooperation in the legal service of real estate projects at all stages from property acquisition to project completion and its potential commercialization (including conducting due diligence, drafting real estate transaction agreements, construction contracts, lease/tenancy agreements, including participation in negotiations of these agreements);
• representation of the law firm's clients before administrative bodies and administrative courts in matters concerning real estate and in matters concerning investment and construction projects (including matters related to environmental decisions, zoning decisions, building permits, etc.);
• drafting legal opinions on the matters mentioned above;
• support or independent handling of civil cases concerning real estate.

Our requirements

• at least two years of professional experience in providing legal advisory services in the areas of real estate, construction, and environmental protection;
• autonomy, initiative, and ability to set priorities;
• availability commensurate with full-time employment;
• ability to work in a team.
