We are looking for support from a student of business informatics as part of a practical semester.

You have an interest in understanding, analyzing and further developing digital business processes, want to work practically and gain insights into real company workflows? Then you're exactly right with us.

Our location is located in Iphofen, Alte Reichsstraße 33, directly adjacent to the train station. This means we are also easily accessible by public transportation, for example from Würzburg. You can use your student ticket without any problems.

get-IT-easy e.K. is a reliable partner in the rental of IT and hardware solutions for companies. The focus lies on short-term rentals for fairs, events, promotions and other scenarios. Our portfolio ranges from smartphones and tablets to notebooks and all-in-one PCs up to virtual reality glasses. Additionally, we offer matching accessories as well as individually tailored software solutions for professional applications.

Aufgaben

• Analyze existing internal business and sales processes
• Collaborate on the optimization and automation of selected workflows
• Support in conceiving digital process solutions
• Documented and visualized processes and workflows
• Collaborate on the further development of internal systems and interfaces
• Support in operational daily business, for example, in maintaining and developing the website
• Closely collaborate with sales and internal contact partners to take up and implement requirements

Qualifikation

• Ongoing study of business informatics or a comparable degree program
• Interest in digital processes, systems and their optimization
• Basic understanding of business operations and IT connections
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Will to learn new tools and topics
• Self-employed work as well as open and clear communication
