Praktikum Video Content Creation & Marketing (m/w/d)

We are looking for a trainee who wants to shape marketing and not just watch it. You love video content, social media, and visual storytelling – and want to learn how complex technologies can be made understandable, creative, and relevant.

You will work in our marketing team to make these topics visible – modern, creative, and with real impact.

Aufgaben

As a trainee in the field of Marketing & Video Content Creation, you will support us actively in developing and implementing video formats:

• You produce short videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website – from idea to final cut.
• You develop creative concepts, storyboards, and simple animated sequences.
• You edit and optimize video and audio content for different platforms and target groups.
• You prepare technical topics visually understandable and appealing.
• You work together with marketing, sales, and technical colleagues on campaigns and new content ideas.
• You bring in your own suggestions to increase reach, engagement, and quality.
• You support at video shoots, small events, or content research.
• You continuously monitor trends around social video, LinkedIn, YouTube, energy, AI, and green tech and lead impulses for new formats.

Qualifikation

• You are currently enrolled in a study program in the field of marketing, media, communication, design, or a comparable field.
• You already have some practical experience in video production and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects).
• You have a good sense for storytelling, visual communication, and modern social media formats.
• You work structured, reliable, and independently after a short introduction.
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills.
