Internship UI/UX Design (m/f/d)

We are Pangoon, a digital agency from Berlin with a small, interdisciplinary team and a great passion for good digital products. For over 12 years, we have been developing websites, web applications, apps, and individual software solutions together, in which well-thought-out UI/UX design plays a central role. From the initial idea through wireframes and prototypes to the finished interface. We value clear structures, intuitive operation, and design that not only looks good but also works. As a small team, we work directly, uncomplicatedly, and on equal terms with each other.

With us, you will have the opportunity to get to know real projects, contribute your own ideas, and gain practical experience in UI/UX design. An entry is possible at any time, even on short notice. The duration of the internship can be flexibly arranged between three and 18 months.

Tasks

• Participation in real customer projects – from the initial idea to the finished design
• Creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design of modern and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and apps
• Insights into the entire UI/UX process and close collaboration with our development team
• Support in the development and further development of design systems and UI components
• Plenty of room for your own ideas, creative experimentation, and personal development of your design skills

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for UI/UX design and a good feel for modern, digital design
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or comparable applications
• Understanding of usability, user guidance, and responsive design
• Creativity, curiosity, and a desire to contribute your own ideas
• Independent and structured way of working and an eye for detail
• Openness to feedback and enjoyment of collaboration in a small team
