What awaits you

You scroll through Instagram and TikTok daily and often think to yourself: "I could have done that

better"? You want to know how marketing works in a real company – and not

just watch, but do it yourself?

Then you've come to the right place! We are InnoSolv, a young Munich-based company that

helps craft and cleaning businesses find new employees through social media. In

your internship, you will create your own content that will actually go online – with personal

supervision by our trained instructor.

Your tasks

• Develop ideas and short scripts for Reels and TikToks

• Participate in video shoots in the office – in front of or behind the camera

• Edit clips and design graphics in Canva

• Write texts, hashtags, and subtitles

• Insight into recruiting: How a post becomes an application

• Present your best ideas to the team at the end

Your profile

• You are a student, finishing your Abitur/Fachabitur, or want to orient yourself before

starting an apprenticeship or studies

• You enjoy social media, videos, and creative ideas

• Good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to try new things

• Experience with Canva or CapCut? Great – but not a must, we'll show you everything
