You love Social Media and want more than just planning posts?

You want to understand how brands grow on Social Media? How content is created that really reaches people? And how creative ideas become a strong brand?

Then you're exactly right with us.

At MOLLY SUH, you'll be part of our marketing team and actively work on developing our brand on Social Media. You'll bring in your ideas, design content that excites our community, and work independently to implement small marketing projects from start to finish.

You'll work closely with our founder and get insights into the marketing of a growing startup: from the first content idea to analyzing results.

About us

MOLLY SUH is a young startup from Lower Saxony. We stand for conscious living without compromises. Our sustainable candles are made from recycled plant fat – enriched with natural fragrances, produced in Germany. We became known through our appearance on 'Die Höhle der Löwen' – today we're working on growing our brand through Social Media, E-Commerce, and retail.

Tasks

What's waiting for you

During your internship, you'll work on real marketing projects and support us in making our brand visible and developing it further.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing creative content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Planning, creating, and publishing Social Media posts, Reels, and Stories
• Writing captions, ads, and content for our website and email marketing
• Monitoring current Social Media trends and developing new content formats
• Supporting the planning and implementation of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal actions
• Analyzing the performance of our content and deriving new optimization ideas
• Collaborating on building partnerships with creators, influencers, and brand partners
• Supporting photo and video projects as well as developing our brand communication
• Independently implementing small marketing projects – from idea to publication

Qualification

What you should bring

We value creativity, motivation, and curiosity more than a perfect CV.

You're a good fit for us if:

• You use Social Media not just for fun, but are interested in brands, trends, and digital marketing
• You have a good sense of appealing content, design, and language
• You enjoy working creatively and bringing in your own ideas
• You work structured and want to take responsibility
• You have very good German skills

First experiences with Canva and CapCut are a plus, but not a requirement.

• Remote/Hybrid
• 15-20 hours per week
• Duration: flexible, up to 3 months
• Paid internship or voluntary internship
• The internship is not remunerated.
