Job Description

Your Tasks

• Support in the operational management of the RedNote (Xiaohongshu)-account for companies, as well as planning, creation, and publication of content.
• Observation of current trends and topics on the platform, including the integration of creative ideas for content and text concepts.
• Creation of simple graphics and image-text contributions, e.g. using Photoshop, Canva, or AI-supported tools.
• Support in collaborating with content creators/influencers, including interview preparation, material preparation, and follow-up.
• Demonstration and evaluation of content metrics, as well as derivation of basic optimization suggestions.
• Participation in simple photo and video recordings, as well as supporting activities in the area of short-form video content.

Your Profile

• You are currently studying, ideally in the fields of media/journalism, marketing, design, or language and literature sciences.
• A good sense for current online trends and social media content, as well as a developed aesthetic sense.
• Proficient use of Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT).
• Mandarin Chinese on a native speaker level and German language skills at least on the B1 level.
• Excellent written expression and a clear, structured working style.
• Reliability, high learning readiness, and a strong implementation strength.
• First experiences in managing RedNote (Xiaohongshu)-accounts or other social media/self-media channels are advantageous.
