Your role in our team.

Tasks.

We don't have something like a typical workday at our company. We continuously develop ourselves as an organization and expect this also from you. In doing so, we offer you a broad and diverse range of tasks that we would be happy to weight according to your individual strengths.

• You support us in managing our social media channels and build a brand presence on new social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for both us and our customers
• You plan and write social media posts, design and develop content and set up convincing content marketing and social media campaigns directly with our customers
• You develop new ways and formats to make accounting and companies of our customers attractive for young talents
• You create cool and witty challenges for social media

Qualifikation

What we wish from you.

A flawless CV and top grades? That's good and will be honored at our company, but it's not necessary. We're interested in you as a person and check individually whether your expectations, skills, and drive fit with us. Properties like self-employed work, high quality standards, ownership, and openness to new things should be brought along.

In addition, the following properties are relevant for your role:

• You're familiar with the main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing, and TikTok)
• You get excited about trends in social media and can't wait to implement them
• You have professional writing skills (from individual social media posts over blogs to brochures - we count on you when it comes to creating materials for the public)
• You're not afraid of standing in front of a camera
• You have high responsibility and enthusiasm for self-employed projects
• Design affinity
• Optional: (First) experiences with Canva or other design tools
• You bring hands-on mentality, team spirit, reliability, and motivation
• You bring creativity (fresh ideas)
• You speak native German and fluent English
