The favorite piece you always combine the same way. The jacket you’ve almost forgotten. The outfit that’s been in your closet for ages.

I’m Christopher, founder of Try It. I’m developing an app that helps people rediscover their own wardrobe, combine clothes, and plan outfits for their everyday life. The idea behind it: more joy from what’s already there. With your own style and the freedom to decide for yourself.

I’m currently building Try It myself. Now I’m looking for someone who is eager to carry this idea out into the world with me – with personality, their own thoughts, and a feel for fashion, people, and digital culture.

Let’s give Try It a face together

Perhaps you already have a scene in mind. A question you would ask people. A video you would like to see yourself. Or an idea how you could show with me in front of the camera what’s hidden in a completely normal wardrobe.

I’m looking for exactly these kinds of impulses.

I want to develop content with you, experiment, and get to know people who are enthusiastic about the idea behind Try It. You can contribute your perspective and co-shape how the brand becomes visible.

If you say: “Christopher, we have to show this” or “Let’s tell this differently,” I want to hear it. I am ready to stand in front of the camera myself, learn, and build something with you.

Tasks

What you can help shape

I will define your focus areas together with you – tailored to your strengths, your learning goals, and your available time.

• Content with personality: You’ll develop ideas for Reels, TikToks, and Stories around real clothes, personal favorite pieces, and everyday life in front of the wardrobe. You can help shape everything from the initial idea to implementation.
• Presence on camera: If you enjoy it, you will become visible in our content yourself. You can design formats, involve me as the founder, and develop your own style.
• Building a community: You’ll pick up on questions, initiate conversations, and develop small formats where people enjoy participating and sharing their experiences.
• Getting to know creators: You’ll discover people who fit Try It, support personal outreach, and develop ideas for joint content with me.
• Further developing the brand: You’ll contribute what you notice – what topics people are concerned about, what content triggers something, and where the app or its communication still leaves questions unanswered.

What interests me are the people behind the reactions: What do they recognize from their everyday lives? What do they want to talk about? What makes them try something themselves?

Qualification

What you bring

You are interested in fashion and personal style. You have a feel for how people communicate with each other on social media and why they feel connected to certain communities.

You should bring some initial practical experience. Perhaps you’ve produced your own content, co-managed an account, accompanied a creative project, or built a small community. I’m interested in what your contribution was and what you learned from it.

Additionally, I’m looking for:

• Your own ideas and a desire to implement them. You see opportunities and take the next step to make something of them.
• Linguistic flair. You can express yourself clearly, confidently, and personally in German. You listen and engage respectfully with different people.
• A feel for people and digital culture. You understand humor, moods, and the peculiarities of various fashion and lifestyle communities.
• Judgment. You can assess and justify why a piece of content or a collaboration fits Try It.
• Independence and reliability. You tackle assigned tasks independently, adhere to agreements, and reach out if you need support.
• Openness. You want to experiment, give and receive feedback, and further develop your skills.

Enjoying being in front of the camera is very welcome. Experience with creators, video editing, or design tools is a plus.

You don’t have to know everything from the start. A large personal following or a perfect CV are not prerequisites. I want to see that you have already tried something and are eager to build upon it.

• Work location: 100% remote.
• Start: by arrangement.
• Scope: Part-time possible; I will agree on the weekly hours with you.
• Duration: by mutual agreement and, if applicable, according to the requirements of your training or university.
• Remuneration: unpaid, provided the legal requirements for your specific internship form are met. This will be clarified before you start.

I am currently financing Try It myself and am not yet earning anything from it. I cannot offer remuneration at this time. I want to be upfront about this from the beginning.
