You're looking for an entry-level role where you work closely to the management and take on both operational and strategic tasks? Then this could be your starting point.

As Founders Associate, you'll work directly with our German Country Manager and support in implementing projects, organization, and internal communication.

Aufgaben

Your role at Matera:

• Closely supporting the Country Manager in daily business
• Taking on strategic initiatives or projects
• Interface to internal teams, especially Operations, HR, and Office Management
• Organizing events, appointments, and cross-location projects

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• First experience in a corporate context (e.g. internship, work-study)
• Organization talent and willingness to take responsibility
• Interest in business strategy, scaling, and location building
• Excellent communication skills (German & English)
• Structured working style and hands-on mentality
