Praktikum Recruiting & Operations (m/w/d)

Mendato is a Berlin-based software startup and develops a modern B2B-SaaS solution for facility service providers. Our software helps companies digitalize their daily operations and significantly streamline them.

We are currently growing strongly and further developing our internal structures. That's where you come in: As a Praktikant:in in the Recruiting & Operations department, you will support us directly in our day-to-day business, take on responsibility, and help develop recruiting and organizational processes efficiently and structured.

Tasks

- Support in recruiting, particularly in researching and contacting potential candidates

- Coordination of phone interviews and communication with applicants during the application process

- Maintenance and organization of applicant data

- Support in preparing and structuring existing content and blog articles

- Taking on general organizational and operational tasks in the startup's daily routine

Qualification

- You are enrolled and looking for a compulsory internship (ideally for about 6 months)

- You work structured, reliable, and independently

- You have no hesitation in contacting people written or by phone

- First experiences with LinkedIn, recruiting, and content

- You are eager to take on responsibility and actively participate in the startup's daily routine

- Fluent German skills and very good English skills

- Residence in Berlin or willingness to regularly work from the office
