Aufgaben

What you can work on

You can participate in various topics depending on your interest and focus:

• Analyze and document workflows
  You look at existing procedures, structure individual steps, and help make processes clearer and more usable.
• Identify automation potential
  You identify recurring tasks and develop ideas for how these could be made simpler, clearer, or more efficient.
• Research tools and interfaces
  You compare digital tools, test possible applications, and prepare suggestions for practical implementation.
• Test KI-based research processes
  You try out how KI can support market, competition, target group, or candidate research — and document what really works.
• Develop and improve prompts
  You test how good prompts should be built to ensure results are usable, understandable, and qualitatively meaningful.
• Check, structure, and document results
  You critically evaluate information, prepare it for understanding, and help derive concrete next steps from it.
• Develop CRM and data structures
  You support the development of contacts, information, follow-ups, and processes in CRM to make them more understandable and usable.
• Co-develop internal process overviews or small dashboards
  You help present tasks, project status, or information in a way that everyone can quickly see what's important.

Qualifikation

What you ideally bring with you

You fit well with us if …

• you study Business Informatics, BWL, Digital Business, Process Management, Marketing, or something similar
• you are looking for a compulsory internship from 6 months
• you have an interest in automation, processes, KI, digital tools, and CRM structures
• you enjoy analyzing, structuring, and making procedures clearer
• you are interested in how KI can support work processes
• you like trying out new tools and critically evaluating results
• you can work independently and still seek exchange within the team
• you are curious, reliable, and communicative

You don't have to be a KI or automation expert. What's more important is that you think creatively, ask questions, and enjoy trying out new tools and processes.

Work model

You will mainly work remotely. For exchange, collaboration, and project alignment, you will come to the office regularly or meet at a jointly agreed-upon working location.

The company's headquarters is in Düsseldorf. Joint workdays can take place at other locations as needed, such as Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen, or another suitable location.
