Tasks

• Main point of contact for customers and building long-term relationships.
• Supporting new customers with implementing our telius solution.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and creating reports to identify improvement potential.
• Analyzing customer feedback and usage patterns.
• Conducting workshops to ensure effective solutions for customers.
• Interface between customers and internal teams (e.g., sales, product management).

Qualification

• Customer Relationships: Strong ability to establish and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Understanding and Discipline: Fast learning ability and the ability to work disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Communication Skills: Strong skills in written and oral communication.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user behavior, identify trends and opportunities, and monitor customer campaigns to optimize them.
• Teamwork: Strong team and communication skills, as well as independent and self-responsible working style.
• Vorkenntnisse in customer care are advantageous but not necessary.
